- Processing Time for Non-Custom Items: All non-custom items will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
- Processing Time for Custom Items: For custom orders, we will send a digital proof to the email provided during checkout. Once you approve the proof, we will ship your item within 2 business days.
- Proof Approval: You will have 5 business days to review and approve your digital proof. If we do not receive approval within this time frame, your order will be processed and shipped as is.
- Shipping Duration: Shipping times vary based on the option selected at checkout and your location. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note the following return guidelines:
- Eligibility: Only non-customized items are eligible for return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom items are not eligible for return, as we send a digital proof prior to shipping for your approval.
- Return Conditions: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
