Welcome to Signs and Novelties Pack-N-Ship, LLC (also known as Umatilla Pack-N-Ship), a family-owned and operated business that has been dedicated to serving our customers since 2017. What began as an online endeavor has grown into a thriving, multifaceted operation that blends our passion for creativity with practical services for our community.
Our Journey
We started our journey under the name Burn My Candle, primarily offering homemade wax melts and incense through platforms like eBay, Etsy, and Amazon. By 2018, our focus on aromatherapy and handcrafted scent items led us to rebrand as Mystical Supplies. At the same time, our love for unique, custom-made products inspired us to expand into sublimation, offering custom signs, novelties, and gifts under the name Signs and Novelties.
In the summer of 2023, our business took another exciting step forward with the opening of our Pack and Ship store in Umatilla, Florida. Now known as Signs and Novelties Pack-N-Ship, LLC, or Umatilla Pack-N-Ship, we offer a full range of packing, shipping, and business services while continuing to provide our custom-made items and online products to customers nationwide.

The heart of our business is family. Dean Germann and his wife, Diane, are the owners, committed to bringing personalized service and quality products to our customers. Our son, Brandon Germann, played a key role in our decision to open the Pack and Ship store and now manages daily operations, while also helping fulfill online orders.
